You’ll learn how to make a focal flower, filler flowers, and foliage: the key ingredients to any sugar flower design. You’ll also learn how to attach the flowers together and how to prepare and box them to be transported safely for your journey home, and for your consequent cake deliveries.

Shaping, wiring and assembling sugar flowers
Making flower centres
Making wired filler flowers
Making wired leaves
Dusting sugar flowers
Assembling floral clusters
